Kerri Nelson has spent the past 30 years in critical strategic and operational roles for three global, publically traded information companies (Dun & Bradstreet, IHS Markit, Clarivate). She held C-Level positions that included data strategy, product management, customer operations, acquisition integration and quote-to-cash. Most recently, she was the Chief Operations Officer for Clarivate. Prior to Clarivate, she was the Founder and CEO of CustomersFirst Now (CFN), LLC. As a top Customer Experience (CX) implementation and analytics firm, CFN helped over 60 B2B and B2C companies implement best practice improvements for their customers. Ms. Nelson is a graduate of The University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa.
