Kathy Kobe has 30 years’ experience in strategy, market development, customer/KOL/investor engagement, the patient experience and developing high performing teams.  Ophththalmic, Neuroscience, Cardiovascular, and Endocrine, are her core experiences.  Ms. Kobe launched 35 brands with nine achieving  blockbuster status of $1-7 billion in annual revenue.   Eye care is her biggest passion  serving 20 years in many executive roles as VP Sales, VP Investor Relations, and VP Commercial Operations Strategy for  Bausch & Lomb, Shire and Novartis.. Ms. Kobe also spent 11 years at Merck & Co in Sales Leadership, Market Development, Content Development and Training.
